While you’re in LA, def try Erewhon! I went there for the vibe and the allure of the smoothies (tried the influencer collaborator ). These are the ones that I ended up trying. Hoping to try more on my next trip! (Also the cappuccino with oat milk was (insert chefs kiss) )

🌶️ spicy tandoori chicken

Recipe

What you’ll need:
✨1/2 lb boneless chicken, veggies of your choice.
Marination:
✨1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, 1-2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chilli powder, 2 heaping tsp tandoori masala, 1 tsp olive oil.
✨Mix marination with chicken and set for a couple of hours ( leave overnight for best results)
✨Air fry chicken at 390 degrees 10-15 min until crispy golden brown.
✨Sauté onions and sweet peppers ( and other veggies of your choice) with oil in frying pan.
✨Mix in the cooked chicken and voila!
